Who we are
SmartCare Club runs smartcareclub.online from Police Lane 1, Friends Colony, Misrial, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect when a parent buys a membership and a child uses the club.
What we collect
- The parent's name and email address, and the login ID we create for the membership.
- Membership and billing status from our payment partner. We do not receive full card numbers.
- Child profiles created by the parent: a first name or nickname, age, boy or girl, school class, an avatar, a 4 digit PIN and a secret word for PIN resets.
- Artwork saved in the club, with the names given to each piece, star ratings, badges, exam scores and gift notes parents write.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device type and error logs, to keep the club working.
What we do not collect
We do not collect children's full names, photos, addresses, schools or locations. Profiles are visible only inside your family's membership. There are no chats or public sharing, and we do not show advertising or use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To create and run your membership, send login and billing emails, answer support requests, keep the club secure and improve it. We never sell or rent personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that run the service for us: our payment partner, website hosting and email delivery. Each is bound to protect the data and use it only for that job.
Cookies and storage
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you logged in and remember settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your membership is active and for up to 12 months afterwards for billing records. Saved artwork is deleted 90 days after a membership ends, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to support@smartcareclub.online. Families in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and other countries also have rights under their local privacy laws, and we answer those requests within 30 days.
Children's privacy
The club is used by children under a parent's account. Only the parent creates, edits or removes child profiles, using a parent PIN. The parent can ask us to delete any profile, artwork or data at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
