1. Who we are
SmartCare Club ("we", "us") runs the website smartcareclub.online, an online club where children color drawings and create their own pictures under a parent's membership. Our address is Police Lane 1, Friends Colony, Misrial, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@smartcareclub.online.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to buy a membership. Memberships are bought by parents or guardians for children in their household. Children do not open their own accounts and never enter payment details.
3. Plans and automatic renewal
We offer four plans priced in US dollars: Monthly at $35 for 1 month, Quarterly at $100 for 3 months, Half year at $180 for 6 months and Full year at $350 for 12 months. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period at the price in force at that time, until you cancel. We email you before any price change applies to you.
The Half year plan includes 1 bonus month and the Full year plan includes 2 bonus months, added to the end of your first billing period.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by our authorised payment partner, which acts as merchant of record and handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where it applies.
5. What membership includes
Members get a coloring studio with a library of drawings in Easy, Medium and Hard levels (currently 150 drawings), with at least 60 new drawings added each month, a free draw board with 86 shapes, a zoomable example picture on every drawing, star ratings, 100 badges, a saved gallery, up to 4 child profiles protected by PINs, Saturday family exams set by the parent and a family leaderboard. Exam gift notes are written by parents; SmartCare Club does not supply those gifts. Login details (a login ID and password) are sent by email after payment.
5a. School accounts
Schools buy accounts through a special quote agreed in writing with SmartCare Club. A school account gives teachers a login to manage classes of up to 50 students each. Students log in with a class code, their name and a PIN set by the teacher or the student. The school is responsible for having permission from parents or guardians to create student profiles.
6. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the Membership tab in your club or by emailing support@smartcareclub.online. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your club stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Use of the drawings
All library drawings belong to SmartCare Club. We give you a personal, non transferable licence to use them inside the club for your own household. You may not copy, export, resell or share the drawings, or use them commercially, without our written permission. Pictures a child creates on the free draw board belong to your family.
8. Your account
Keep your login private. One membership covers one household and up to 4 child profiles. We may suspend accounts that share logins or misuse the service, after telling you why.
9. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of any purchase or renewal. Details are in our refund policy.
10. Availability
We work to keep the club available at all times, but it may be paused briefly for maintenance or updates. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
11. Liability
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects your membership in a meaningful way, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect.
